Special General Meeting - Reminder

Constitution Front Page Image320Southern New England Landcare's members are reminded of the upcoming Special General Meeting at 6 pm on Wednesday 14th August 2024 at the Uralla Community Centre. Purpose: to consider and adopt amendments to the Southern New England Landcare Ltd constitution.

All members were emailed the business papers for this meeting on 19th July 2024 with a request to send proposed amendments to the Draft Southern New England Landcare Ltd Constitution to the CEO by 5 pm 7 August.

Members Guarantee (Group representatives), also received business papers via Australia Post, and are encouraged to attend to enable a quorum. Members Guarantee are eligible to vote at this meeting. Members Associate (all other members) are most welcome to attend, however are NOT eligible to vote at this meeting. For a copy of the business papers and attachments, please contact us via email, or phone 02 6772 9123. 

Please RSVP for catering purposes as a light supper and networking opportunity will follow immediately after the meeting. Event information at our events page.
