Today is National Threatened Species DayNational Threatened Species Day is commemorated across the country on 7 September to raise awareness of plants and animals at risk of extinction. Of course Southern New England Landcare and its members are busy working towards improving habitat for a range of threatened species, including the koala. Fit Farmers Event - GlenracAll are invited to attend GLENRAC’s free Fit Farmers information day at the Glen Innes Showground Tea Rooms on Thursday 14th September 2023, 10:00 am-2:00 pm. ‘Fit Farmers takes place on RU OK day each year and is a day that highlights the importance of taking some time to check in on your own physical, financial and emotional health for farmers,’ said GLENRAC Chief Executive Officer, Kylie Falconer. |
