Training for Bushfire Impacted Communities & Frontline Workers

North Coast Lifeline will be providing Psychological First Aid training to bushfire impacted communities and frontline workers. More information on this flier. The flier mentions Dorrigo and Nymboida, however the email below does state the training is offered to all impacted areas in Clarence Valley, Orara Valley as well as Dorrigo. If the demand exceeds the three sessions, there will be capacity for Lifeline to provide further training.

Commonwealth Government's Emergency Water Infrastructure Rebate Scheme through RAA Closed

There has been an unprecedented demand for the EWIR program which has seen available funding exhausted. This week the Commonwealth Government has advised the NSW Government that there is no available funding and the scheme is now closed to new applicants.

Funding & Grants

Local Land Services Public Land Boundary Fencing Program

Private landholders who share a boundary with public land and were impacted by the Northern and Southern fires of late 2019 and early 2020 are eligible to receive up to $5,000 per kilometre to contribute to the replacement of damaged boundary fences.
