Here is a great school holiday actvity for the kids! Join the Gondwana Rainforests 25th anniversary celebration at Gibraltar Range National Park and learn about this stunning World Heritage-listed park during this free activity, between Glen Innes and Grafton.
Start by hearing about the amazing and diverse critters that call Gibraltar Range National Park home. We'll provide a light morning tea to enjoy while you listen. Afterwards, we'll take a short, easy stroll through wildflowers with a NSW National Parks ranger. We'll experience the Mulligans Hut historic area and also make a visit to Burra Nulla Cascades. In total, we'll walk 3km. After the walk, why not stay for lunch? Bring a picnic or use one of the many free gas barbecues nearby. You could also make it a weekend by camping among beautiful Gondwana Rainforest or staying at Gibraltar House.
When: Saturday 28 September 2019, 9am to 11.30am. Morning tea will run from 9am to 10am, then we'll start our short walk.
