Join us from 8.30 am on Sunday 12 November 2017, at Dumaresq Creek south of Phil Wheaton Soccer Field, access off Erskine street or along bike/walking track. BYO long sleeved shirt, long pants and sturdy boots. Please also bring gloves, broad brim hat and sunscreen. AURG will provide equipment, however additional wheelbarrows will be appreciated.
Bruce Whan, Gordon Bell and John Fitzgerald have been working away and now have sufficient area under control for several working bees. The plan is for a series of showcase plantings depicting species that will grow on the Creeklands. Eventually there will be a pathway, seating and information signage.
A series of working bees will be arranged as plants become available throughout the spring and summer months. Morning tea and BBQ lunch will be provided for a gold coin donation. We look forward to your attendance and continuing support!
